These courses are suitable for 'continuing beginners' and general level students. As the class becomes more experienced, I will begin to explore some of the intermediate poses in a safe and progressive way.  Classes will be challenging and strenuous at times and other times blissfully relaxing. Unlike my previous classes, this will run as a complete course, bookable in advance and you will be responsible for bringing your own equipment. It is important that you have a complete kit and you are welcome to borrow anything which you do not have, please contact me in advance of the course to arrange this. The complete course costs £70* for Wotton or £60* for Hawkesbury (*concessions available) and payment can be made via bank transfer (or contact me if you need to make a cash payment, so that I can hold your space).
